Your Responsibilities
Do you want to do more than just support spare parts processes—do you want to actively manage and further develop them? In this role, you’ll combine technical expertise with business acumen, maintain a clear overview even when dealing with complex processes, and contribute your ideas through close collaboration with various departments.

Specifically, this means for you:

• You will prepare spare parts recommendations for our systems, customers, and global branches.
• You will be responsible for pricing spare parts and will regularly update prices with an eye toward margins and competitiveness
• You will collect and analyze regional and global spare parts metrics and use them to derive specific actions.
• You will help develop the necessary processes and IT tools or define the technical requirements.
• You will receive and independently process internal and external inquiries.
• You will prepare quotes and handle the operational order processing for spare parts.
• You will reliably monitor deadlines for picking, assembly, packaging, and shipping.
• You will monitor inventory levels and turnover of spare parts in our consignment and corporate warehouses.
• You will determine future spare parts requirements based on consumption, inventory, and relevant metrics.
• You will handle inquiries from our international licensees, addressing both technical and commercial aspects.
• You’ll coordinate closely with Technical Support, Product Management, Materials Management, and Engineering.
• Together with the relevant teams, you’ll continuously optimize our spare parts processes.

Your Profile

• Technical or business degree or comparable professional experience
  Several years of experience in technical customer service, after-sales, or spare parts management
• Initial experience in project management or coordinating cross-functional projects
• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong analytical skills and a good grasp of numbers
• Proficiency with common software used in the workplace
• Good, practical command of written and spoken English
• Strong communication skills and a passion for international collaboration
• Team spirit and a willingness to take on responsibility
