Your responsibilities:

• identify and pursue new business opportunities in the global semiconductor market, with a focus on equipment sales
• develop and execute a strategic business development plan, aligned with company goals and market trends
• establish and nurture long-term relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
• conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to inform decision-making and uncover new growth areas
• lead or support contract negotiations, proposals, and pricing strategies
• represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
• monitor and report on KPIs, business metrics, and progress towards strategic objectives, conducting business calculations

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field
• minimum of 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably within the semiconductor or electronics industry
• solid understanding of semiconductor technologies, markets, and customer dynamics
• proven track record of driving commercial success and developing key customer accounts
• strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• ability to work independently and in cross-functional global teams
• fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., German, French, Japanese) are a plus
• willingness to travel internationally as required (up to 30%)
• strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
