Your responsibilities
As a Construction and Project Manager (m/f/d) Plant Engineering in our Water Treatment division, you will work in a dynamic team to implement innovative solutions for our customers worldwide. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and executing national and international construction projects in the field of wastewater disposal technology
• Creating construction schedules and assisting with costing and awarding contracts
• Checking parts lists and assembly drawings
• Coordinating all trades, subcontractors, and project partners involved
• Organizing and managing assembly activities and construction site equipment
• Ensuring that construction work is carried out in accordance with standards, safely, and with a focus on quality
• Responsibility for deadlines, budgets, quality targets, and compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations
• Preparing and negotiating contracts and drafting addenda
• Holding construction meetings and preparing construction site documentation
• Preparing measurements, preparing and supervising acceptance inspections, and organizing the rectification of defects
• Reporting to management
• Resource planning and coordination of equipment procurement
• Close coordination with internal specialist departments

Your profile
As a construction and project manager (m/f/d) for plant engineering, you have the following qualifications and skills:

• Completed degree in environmental or supply engineering, water management, or state-certified technician (m/f/d)
• Qualification as a certified construction manager and safety and health coordinator (SiGeKo) desirable
• Several years of experience in industrial plant construction as well as in construction processes and work preparation
• Knowledge of VOB, construction site regulations, and ideally HOAI
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Technical understanding of piping and steel construction, knowledge of electrical installation as well as civil engineering desirable
• Confident handling of construction plans and P&ID flow diagrams (optional E-Plan)
• Willingness to travel worldwide (up to 70%) and class B driver’s license
• Independent, solution-oriented approach to work and excellent communication skills
