Your Responsibilities

To support our team at the technology center, we are seeking a dedicated employee with technical expertise and solid experience in utility billing to maintain and expand the facility management software and digital business processes. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing complex utility cost statements for a state-of-the-art technology center
  • Independently developing and maintaining allocation keys, as well as establishing and refining a concept for meter and consumption data collection

Your Profil

  • Several years of professional experience in operating cost accounting for commercial real estate (ideally technology real estate) using CAFM/FM software, cost analyses, and price calculations
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel. Knowledge of scripting or programming is a plus. Experience with applications for digitizing business processes is a plus
  • Experience with floor plans and technical drawings for analysis and evaluation is a plus
    Basic understanding of technical systems and utilities (e.g., compressed air, CHP units, medium-voltage switchgear, process cooling)
  • Knowledge of commercial lease law (operating costs, allocation formulas)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting (e.g., account assignment) is a plus
  • Strong numerical skills, highly analytical, solution-oriented, and self-motivated
