About watttron

watttron develops and manufactures high-precision digital heating technologies for industrial applications. With our innovative approach to digital heating, we enable temperature profiles that can be controlled with pixel-level precision, allowing for targeted and efficient heating exactly where it is needed. This improves process quality, reduces energy consumption, and saves material. Our solutions are primarily used in the packaging industry, where they enable the processing of recyclable monomaterials, thereby supporting the transition to sustainable packaging. At the same time, we are expanding into other application areas, such as the semiconductor industry, mobility, and biotechnology. Based in Germany, we work closely with leading international brand manufacturers and packaging machine builders. Our technologies are used in production environments worldwide, and our sales team operates internationally—with customers and partners in Europe, the Americas, and Asia.

Your new Role:

  • You will lead, coach, and develop the Sales and Marketing teams both professionally and personally, establish a performance-oriented yet supportive team culture, and foster a sense of personal responsibility among employees
  • You will build strong relationships with strategic key accounts, develop compelling proposals for decision-makers, and oversee client projects from acquisition through to successful completion
  • You will shape the sales strategy, set clear priorities, manage efficient processes, and ensure measurable results
  • You will represent us externally, maintain contacts with partners and relevant decision-makers, and bring market insights into the company
  • You will translate corporate goals into sales initiatives, drive their implementation, and deliver relevant analyses and reporting

What you ideally bring to the table

  • You hold a degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • You have prior experience leading sales teams
  •  Industry experience with machine components or machine solutions in the packaging sector is a plus, but not required
  • You have a proven track record in customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market development
  • You have a strong professional network, recognize market opportunities, and foster long-term customer loyalty
  • With your analytical and methodical approach, you maintain a clear overview even in complex situations and develop efficient solutions
  • You bring enthusiasm, motivation, and positive energy to the team
  • Willingness to travel is a given for you
  • You have fluent German and English language skills
