Your Responsibilities:

• You will serve as our primary technical point of contact for the water treatment sector
• You will be responsible for customer support in defined market segments (e.g., high-tech industries, food industry, pharmaceuticals, etc.) worldwide
• Your scope of work includes both project-based business and standardized product solutions
• You will serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries and regularly visit our client companies on-site
• You will prepare quotes for our client companies
• You will demonstrate your skills in conducting sales negotiations
• You will actively help shape our sales strategy
• Regular reporting is also part of your responsibilities
• You will support colleagues in project planning, process engineering, and sales, e.g., through technical reviews and economic feasibility analyses
• As a technical expert, you will be involved in supplier selection and qualification
• You are up to date on applicable guidelines, regulations, environmental quality standards, and laws in our target regions and market segments, and you are also willing to engage in ongoing professional development
• You will represent us at trade shows both nationally and internationally

Your Profile:

• You hold a degree in water management, process engineering, environmental engineering, chemistry, or a related field
• You have several years of professional experience in industrial water treatment
• Your strong communication skills enable you to handle even challenging situations
• You are fluent in English (at least C1 level)
• You enjoy collaborating on various projects across different departments
• You work in a goal-oriented and independent manner while always keeping the big picture in mind
