Your new role

  • You will support our employees and managers in all matters relating to human resources and labor law.
  • You will be responsible for all operational human resources management, including drafting contracts, amendment agreements, certificates, and references, absence management, and file maintenance.
  • You will be responsible for preparatory payroll accounting and will provide input for personnel controlling.
  • You will be responsible for the entire application process, from job postings to contract preparation.
  • You will play a proactive role in strategic human resources projects (e.g., introduction of HR software, employer branding measures, training and development).

What you ideally bring to the table

  • You have successfully completed a degree in economics or a similar field, ideally with a focus on human resources, or comparable training.
  • You have several years of professional experience in this field.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of labor law.
  • You enjoy recruiting new colleagues.
  • You have a good understanding of numbers.
  • You are familiar with social media and MS Office.
  • You work very independently and reliably.
  • You are a strong communicator, team player, and motivating personality.
  • You are fluent in German and can also converse in English.
