Become part of our 30-strong team of computer scientists, business informatics specialists, mathematicians, physicists, and designers—and take on responsibility as a Product Owner (m/f/d) at our Dresden location (permanent full-time/part-time position). You can expect highly exciting, high-end industrial processes. You will be responsible for managing and further developing our Detact® product in close cooperation with global customers, the development team, and management.

Your new challenge:

• Conducting customer workshops, recording and specifying requirements, ensuring marketability and scalability
• Translating customer requirements into actionable user stories with effort estimates and clear priorities in the backlog
• Responsibility for the entire product lifecycle: from the vision and roadmap to release and rollout, ensuring quality in acceptance testing and presentation to customers
• Managing implementation with the development teams from planning to review, active risk and expectation management.

What you should bring to the table:

• A degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field, or comparable professional experience
• Several years of experience as a product owner, project manager, or in a similar role in the IT/software environment
• Experience in requirements management, creating specifications, and user stories
  Strong communication skills, team orientation, and the ability to make complex technical content understandable for different target groups
• Personal responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking, and assertiveness
• Desirable: Experience with AI applications, automation of production processes, or ITIL best practices
