Founded in 2023, PRUUVE is a spin-off from the famous Institute of Applied Photo Physics (IAPP) at TU Dresden. We launched our first B2B product in 2025: The UV-MACS and UV-Strips offer precise UV dose measurement for sustainable industrial UV processes - reduced energy consumption, targeted maintenance, lower costs and documentation. Our mission is to expand the PRUUVE technology for UV LEDs, UV disinfection and 3D curing as well as new products for e-beam and security labels.

About Us

We are PRUUVE, a rising startup from the renowned IAPP at TU Dresden. Our vision is to develop sustainable technologies that are not only environmentally friendly but also economically attractive. We develop and distribute sensors and measuring devices for quality control in industrial UV processes, aiming to reduce costs and CO2 emissions. Following our product launch in early 2025, we achieved significant revenue last year. We are currently closing our seed funding round and are now looking to expand our team for the next phase of our growth.

Your profile

  • Professional experience in B2B sales & business development as well as in field sales
  • Willingness to travel approximately 2-5 times per month, primarily in the DACH region, for customer visits and trade fairs.
  • Ideally, industry knowledge in UV printing, UV converting and coating industries, or in adhesive and disinfection applications.
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Available immediately or as soon as possible in the Dresden area

Your tasks

  1. B2B sales of products
    • Customer acquisition & development and implementation of sales strategies,
    • Support of administrative processes including CRM & online shop setup
      , creation of quotes and invoices, and shipping.
  2. Business development including marketing & sales and product management
    • Conducting market analyses and competitive intelligence
    • Collaboration with customers & partners in the DACH region
    • Close collaboration with the R&D department to implement the product strategy
