Join us in shaping the field of artificial intelligence for renowned industrial customers and support us immediately (permanent full-time/part-time) and with full commitment as a Technical Sales | AI Consultant (m/f/d) at our locations in Dresden, Münster, Erfurt, or Rostock. We are convinced that automated data analysis and the use of AI will make today’s production processes fit for the digital future. To this end, we are developing the Detact® IT system (detact.com). Your responsibilities will include advising and supporting key customers and acquiring new AI projects. The development of long-term customer relationships is our top priority. You can expect highly exciting high-end industrial processes from our globally active customers and a 30-strong team of computer scientists, business information scientists, mathematicians, designers, and engineers.

Your new challenge:

• Managing and maintaining relationships with corporate customers (account management)
• Developing use cases and solution designs and coordinating with stakeholders
• Responsibility for developing strategies and improving customer support processes
• Supporting sales projects from initiation to handover to the development and implementation process
• Communication of customer information within Symate to optimize product reliability and customer experience in Detact

What you should bring to the table:

• Experience in technical sales and account management
• Interest in software and agile development processes
• Strong customer focus combined with convincing sales and conceptual skills
