YOUR TASKS:

• Valuation of companies, assets and liabilities for various occasions, e.g. measures under stock corporation law (including squeeze-outs), tax structuring, transactions
• Company analyses and financial due diligence
• Preparation and review of business plans and financial models
• Advice on valuation-related issues for accounting and tax law purposes
• Support with audits of annual and consolidated financial statements

YOUR SKILLS:

• Successfully completed studies (business administration, economics, industrial engineering, business informatics or a comparable relevant subject)
• Interest in economic contexts, analysis of companies and valuation issues
• Ideally initial professional experience in an auditing/tax consultancy firm or relevant internships
• Very good knowledge of German and English and proficient in MS Office
• Willingness to learn, analytical thinking and service orientation
