Your responsibilities
as a (Senior) Manager (m/f/d) Transaction Advisory Services at our Munich office:

• Transaction consulting and performance of financial due diligence
• Preparation and review of business plans and financial models (integrated financial models)
• Preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for investors and clients (due diligence reports, expert opinions, etc.)
• Review of business plans
• Further development of our service portfolio and relevant tools

Your skills
as a (Senior) Manager (m/f/d) Transaction Advisory Services in Munich:

• Very good German language skills—we communicate with most of our clients in German.
• Successfully completed degree in economics.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in corporate finance/transaction services.
• Motivation to engage in detail with our clients’ business models.
• Strong willingness to learn, initiative, and service orientation
• Confident English skills
• Confident manner and enjoyment of teamwork
