Your new role

  • You will be responsible for testing heating systems prior to delivery (factory acceptance test).
  • You will then integrate the heating systems into the customer’s machines and test them together with the customer (site acceptance test).
  • You will perform fault analysis and troubleshooting in electronic/electromechanical assemblies in the event of complaints at our site and at the customer’s premises.
  • You will respond to customer inquiries and provide support via video conference during commissioning and troubleshooting.
  • You will occasionally conduct training sessions with our customers to enable them to provide intensive support for our products.
  • You will assist with the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of our heating systems.

What we expect from you

  • You have completed vocational or technical training as an electronics technician, mechatronics engineer, or similar
  • You are familiar with working with mechatronic assemblies
  • You have already gained experience in the service sector.
  • You work independently and attach importance to good documentation of your work results.
  • You are willing to travel on business (approx. 50%) and are able to communicate well with international customers.
  • You are fluent in German and can communicate well in English.
