Your role
As a Software Product Manager, you will shape our digital products from vision to delivery. You will take end-to-end responsibility for the entire product lifecycle and ensure that our solutions meet business objectives and optimally serve changing customer needs.

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and define the product roadmap.
• Prioritizing product features, weighing stakeholder input against user experience and technical feasibility. Creating detailed product requirements.
• Managing and coordinating the entire product development process (ideation, engineering, design, marketing, sales). Ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
• Monitoring industry trends and competitors to develop market-driven pricing models.

What you bring to the table

• Proven experience as a software product manager in a technology-oriented company.
• Background in software development, project management, or product marketing.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Knowledge of the ag-tech sector is a major advantage.
