Your role

As a Software Product Owner, you are the central interface between stakeholders and our development teams. You define the product vision, manage the product backlog, and ensure that our digital solutions, which are transforming the agricultural industry, always deliver added value.

• Responsibility for the product backlog, its definition, and prioritization.
• Collecting and analyzing requirements from stakeholders and end users.
• Communicating product requirements to the development team.
• Planning and coordinating releases and sprints.
• Ensuring that the delivered functionality meets the acceptance criteria.
• Adjusting the product strategy based on user feedback and market trends.

What you bring to the table

• Experience as a product owner or in a similar role in software development.
• In-depth knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks.
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking.
• Experience in international teams is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the agricultural sector or AgTech products is a big plus.
• Fluent German and English skills.
